PRODUCT NAME                           LAKER Render Shield "One Coat"

DESCRIPTION                                LAKER Render Shield "One Coat" is a water-based high-build, high-solids acrylic paint specifically designed for use over cement renders and texture finishes.

LAKER Render Shield "One Coat" provides full coverage over these surfaces in a single coat by brush, roller or airless spray.

                                    LAKER Render Shield "One Coat" is available in a wide colour range, including the major manufacturers’ standard and “architect” colour ranges.

                                    LAKER Render Shield "One Coat" is highly resistant to weather, offering durability matching or exceeding conventional premium acrylic systems requiring three or more coats.

LAKER Render Shield "One Coat" offers labour savings of 50% to 70% when compared to existing paint systems for these surfaces.

LAKER Render Shield "One Coat" is suitable for all cementiceous surfaces, including renders, texture finishes, off-form, tilt-slab and fibro. It is not recommended for timber, Hardiplank, Customwood or other dimensionally unstable surfaces.
 

SURFACE PREPARATION:  Ensure the surface is sound. It should be clean, dry and free                                              of contaminants and dust.

APPLICATION                      By brush, roller or airless spray.  Use a “Long nap” or sheepskin roller. Do not "work" the material excessively. Minimum 17 thou tip recommended for airless spray.

COVERAGE                        Approximately 4 to 8 m² per litre depending on surface.

DRYING TIME                   Touch dry in approximately 30 minutes. 

Topcoat in 2 - 4 hours if required.

                                              Full Cure 7- 14 days.

CLEAN UP                          Water
